Manos Amigas is a safe haven for mothers and children affected by violence. We offer mothers and children a new start and we most importantly aim to empower these women through entrepreneurship and training.

Our Psychologist Tirza held an important seminar for the mothers of Manos Amigas. The theme of the seminar was Parenting, and the different methods and styles in Parenting. All our mothers concluded the seminar having learnt useful techniques and tools when it comes to parenting. And most importantly feeling confident and happy.
