In the last few months, the children and mothers of the foundation have been partaking in a bakery and pastry course which the Municipality of San Andrés Itzapa is kindly offering.

We have enjoyed getting ours hands dirty, learning new techniques and tools, making delicious goods such as donuts and sweet breads. While the children have finished their course, the mothers will continue learning and having fun in the kitchen.
